Inbound Lead Triggered Calls

If someone submits on in one of our forms, i.e. PPL, PPC, Meta Ads, Youtube etc.. That triggers a timed delay call (30 seconds) to capture inbound leads immediately and set up appointments.

This would be awesome to integrate into our CRM (salesforce) but fine with creating a Zap to trigger this.
