Custom Pronunciations: Teach your agent how to correctly pronounce names, industry terms, and brand-specific language.

We're excited to announce our integration with Deepgram Nova-3, the industry-leading transcription model that delivers exceptional accuracy. This upgrade reduces English-language transcription errors by 25% compared to our previous Nova-2 implementation. For optimal performance and speed, we've deployed this powerful model directly on our dedicated servers.
Five New Voice Options
We're expanding our voice selection capabilities to provide a more diverse and customizable experience for our users. This update will add five new high-quality voices to our existing voice roster, giving users more options to find the perfect voice for their specific needs.
